The is the brain of the elevator. It's the system that receives every button press (car calls and landing calls), constantly checks the safety circuit before allowing any movement, decides which floor to go to next, and commands the motor to get the car there.

This unit is a Monarch NICE3000 integrated controller with VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) speed control. Meaning, it doesn't just switch the motor on and off. It gradually ramps speed up and down, giving you smooth acceleration, deceleration, and an accurate, level stop at each floor.
