Please be advised that customers located from Caibiran Proper to Tomalistis may experience an internet service interruption at this time.Reason: A physical fiber cut occurred after a large truck ran through and snagged our mainline along Maurang, Caibiran.

Service Restoration Advisory: Fiber Connection Fully Restored๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Please be advised that internet service in the affected Caibiran and Culaba area has been fully restored as of 10:25 PM.

The outage, which began at 7:50 PM tonight, was caused by physical fiber line damage after rodents chewed through the cabling along our line. Our technical crew immediately deployed into the field to locate the fault, climb the utility pole, and re-splice the severed core.

Thanks to our team's swift response, service was fully repaired and brought back online in under 3 hours (2 hours and 35 minutes). We sincerely thank everyone for their patience and understanding while our team worked through the night.
