TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
Tentative Start Date: January 2022
Salary: $700-$800.00 a month plus commissions*

As an Inside Sales Representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives of our clients. You must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
Closes new accounts by answering phone calls, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
Arrange virtual meetings with prospective clients if needed
Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Make outbound calls and create drip campaigns to prospective clients

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Can walk the talk
At least 5 years working in BPO
At least 3 years experience working as a Sales Representative
Has a track record of over-achieving quota
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills
Result-driven
