📣 Service Advisory | Network Update

Ipinapaalam po namin na ang naging network issue na nakaapekto kahapon ng ay naresolba na as of 11:00 PM kagabi. Karamihan ng mga naapektuhan ay sa gaming at streaming usage.

Sanhi ng Isyu: Nagkaroon po ng pansamantalang problema ang isa sa aming Internet Service Provider.

Kasalukuyang Kalagayan: Normal at stable na po ang aming serbisyo sa ngayon. Bilang bahagi ng aming network reliability, kami po ay may apat (4) na backbone submarine connections mula sa aming mainline, na nakatulong upang agad na maayos ang isyu at maiwasan ang tuluyang pagkawala ng internet.

Kung kayo po ay may karagdagang concern o katanungan, huwag po kayong mag-atubiling makipag-ugnayan sa amin. Nandito po kami upang magbigay ng agarang suporta. Maraming salamat po!
