iCommunications Talent Sourcing Team has set up an Online Portal as what the other competitors are doing containing online assessment, certifications and training videos. These applicants are from nearby provinces of Metro Manila the next target cities of the IT-BPO Industry such as: Olongapo City, La Union, Laguna, Batangas, Pampanga and Baguio. On-site training were in placed though partnership with local government unit, municipal mayors and barangay officers. Yield on this initiative are being endorsed to our IT-BPO clients and will eventually lead to a stronger and better relationship in our networks, giving us the ease of conducting job fairs and caravans within their area.
