📌 Key Qualifications
✔️ Strong background in accounting and financial reporting
✔️ Expertise in balance sheet reconciliations and month-end journal entries and schedules
✔️ Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
✔️ Experience leading teams and managing multiple client accounts
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
✔️ Ability to review financial reports for accuracy and ensure timely delivery
💼 Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with accrual-based accounting and GAAP requirements.
Review balance sheet accounts and ensure reconciliations are supported by proper documentation.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Lead and guide accounting team members, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines.
Communicate directly with U.S. business owners and client teams regarding accounting needs and financial results.
Coordinate with CPAs and other third parties on tax-related matters, audits, banking reports, and other financial requirements.
