We are seeking an experienced Garage Manager / Automotive Workshop Manager to build and lead a new mechanical workshop and after-sales department.

This is a hands-on builder and leadership role responsible for establishing workshop operations, building the technical team, and driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

* Master Technician certification
* Diploma/Degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field
*5+ years automotive workshop experience, including 2+ years supervising technicians
* Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
* Able to interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams
* Fluent in English
* Valid driver’s licence
* Willing to **relocate permanently** for a full-time management role

Preferred:

* Automotive dealership/workshop management experience
* Changan, GAC, Chery, GWM, or other Chinese OEM experience
* New workshop setup/commissioning experience
* TGDI engine experience
* Hybrid/EV high-voltage systems exposure
* Overseas experience

Experienced Filipino automotive professionals currently working overseas are especially encouraged to apply, particularly those with Middle East or international dealership/workshop experience.
