💧 WASTEWATER OPERATOR

📍 Area of Assignment:
Mohon, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

👨‍🔧 Qualifications

✅ Male
✅ College Graduate
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related course
✅ Knowledgeable in Environmental Management
✅ Experience in a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), or Reverse Osmosis (RO) System is an advantage
✅ Familiarity with DENR environmental regulations and compliance is preferred

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

💧 Operate and monitor wastewater treatment and RO systems to ensure efficient plant operations.

📊 Monitor critical process parameters such as:

• Pressure
• Flow Rate
• Recovery Rate
• Conductivity
• Membrane Performance
• COD
• MLSS
• pH
• Other operational indicators

🧪 Conduct routine sampling, testing, and monitoring of influent, effluent, sludge, and treated water.

📋 Maintain accurate operational logs, laboratory records, monitoring sheets, and compliance documents.

🌱 Ensure compliance with DENR, ECC, and company environmental standards.

⚠️ Identify process abnormalities, investigate water quality issues, and implement corrective actions.

🔧 Coordinate with the Electrical and Maintenance Teams for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

♻️ Support sludge handling, dewatering, and proper waste disposal activities.

🤝 Collaborate with the Shift Captain, Environmental Supervisor, and Production Team during high-load operations and emergency situations.

📝 Assist during environmental inspections, audits, and regulatory visits.

👷 Supervise wastewater field operators and ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational requirements.

💬 Maintain clear communication with plant operations to ensure stable and compliant wastewater treatment.
