Congratulations, PMAP Ozamiz City Chapter for the successful conduct of the public seminar
Yesterday, February 23 - Friday on the topic: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT. No less than a human resource management virtuoso and Vice President of PMAP National graced the event as speaker / lecturer. Numerous participants attended representing different organizations and industries from Dipolog, Oroquieta and Ozamiz City.

Employee engagement refers to the emotional and intellectual commitment that employees have towards their organization. It goes beyond just job satisfaction and involves a deep connection and enthusiasm for the work, the company's goals, and the overall workplace environment. Engaged employees are typically more dedicated, motivated, and invested in their roles, leading to higher productivity, better performance, and increased loyalty.

Further on, the day also marked the charging of the 2024 Officers, BOT and New Members. Congratulations!

Forever grateful to God for the opportunity to be of service to others. Indeed, it was a successful back to back event today, December 5, for PMAP - Ozamiz. We had a learning session on SWOT ANALYSIS in the morning and fun-filled Christmas get together in the afternoon.

Grateful as well to the active officers and members, and the supportive donors and sponsors.

This afternoon’s PMAP Ozamiz monthly GMM and learning safari was a very productive one! Atty. Nicole S. Villanueva nailed it when she discussed different pictures of Diversity in the workplace, approaches to human Equity and how the organizations must adapt and innovate Inclusion strategies to pave the way to better organizational and human productivity. GMM Committee and the 2023 PMAP CDO Chapter Officers and Trustees would like to extend their grateful appreciation to almost 80 participants, active members, and guests who graced this momentous event 159th General Membership Meeting and 46th Induction Ceremony. The first face–to–face event of the PMAP CDO Chapter for the year 2023 was a success!

The said event was well attended and had been graced as well with the presence of the VP PMAP National, Michael Godinez, inducting officer, and resource speaker who talked about Managing the multi-generational workforce in the new normal, equally esteemed speaker who talked about DOLE Updates are Director II of TSS Division from DOLE, Atheneus Vasallo.

PMAP CDO Chapter in its continuing quest to provide its members with learning opportunities, and relevant updates in the areas of human resource management ensures that all active members and soon-to-be members will get the value of their membership.
