Note : Cignal account number po ah, hindi cell number.
Kapag yung binigay sau ng customer na Cignal account number na 8 digits ay ayaw maloadan, baka SMART CARD NUMBER yun ng CIGNAL.
So ganito gagawin nyo, or ipagawa nyo sa kanila. (This only works using Smart and TnT sim)

ME : good day po, ask ko lang regarding sa loading ng CIGNAL
ME: ano po ba ang rulling?
CIGNAL: Ano po ba ito, Smart retailer po ba?
ME: pwede ba magload ng HD175, if ever ang previous load na ginamit is SD175?
ME: loadxtreme po
ME: nagkakaproblema kasi kami sa loading ng cignal clients
CIGNAL: Hindi po possible yun Sir, ang keyword na SD ay sa SD box lang under prepaid account and ang keyword na HD ay para HD box lang under prepaid account.
ME: ok so ang magdedetermine ng product na iloload ay yung BOX na binili
ME: kapag ang box mo is SD, talagang SD lang ang pwede mo iload?
CIGNAL : Yes.
CIGNAL : Ensure correct account number is used. Cignal box must be powered on or plugged in. Load is non-refundable/non-transferable. Allow at least 5-minute interval between multiple loads.
ME: ok minsan kasi medyo hindi alam ng cignal box owner kung SD or HD sila, how do we know (kaming loader) kung yung ibibigay nilang account number is for SD or HD?
CIGNAL : They should be aware on what type of box they have kasi tinatanong mismo namin yan sa nagapply ng prepaid kung ano kukunin nila SD ba or HD.
ME: ahh ok po, so hindi namin madedetermine just by the account number kung SD ba or HD. hanggat hindi sinasabi nung BOX owner kung ano nga ba yung account nila.
CIGNAL: Yes, Hindi po ninyo malalaman, just by looking at the account number, kailangan sabihin ng customer kung SD sila or HD.
ME: another thing, how do we know kung yung ibibigay nilang number is BOX number or account number
ME: meron bang distinction just by looking at the number provided, kung box ID or Account number?
CIGNAL : Set-top box id number is a 16 digit account number while prepaid account number is not more than 10 digit number.
ME: ok po, tapos kapag box number ang binigay, pwedeng gawin na lang yung CIGNAL (space) SC (space) BOXid and send to 5353 using smart/tnt, to retrieve acct no.
CIGNAL: It should be the Smart card number not the Set-top box id number.
ME: ok, yung smart card number, ilang digits po yun at how do it differ sa account number
CIGNAL: 12 digits po ang smart card number.
CIGNAL: Please check on our website yung details po for prepaid loading for more information www.cignal.tv.
ME: ok sir, so sa loading naman po, kailangan po ba mag expire muna ang subscription bago maloadan ulit
ME: or pwede sya mag overlap?
CIGNAL : Basta same denomination okay lang pero kapag magkaiba, kailangan muna ninyong tapusin active load. Kung ang existing subscription is SD100, at papaload ang customer ng SD100 din, ok lang kahit hindi pa expired, pwede ng loadan. Pero kung maguupgrade sya sa SD175, kailangan mag expire muna yung SD100 nya, bago nyo maloadan ng SD175.
CIGNAL: Remember again na kapag SD ang box, SD lang ang load, hindi sya pwede ng HD na loads. And vice versa.

Other issue, is kapag naload naman at nakita nyo sa Transactions List ay successful ang loading, tapos sasabihin ni customer, wala pa rin sila mapanood na channels, tawagan kamo nila CIGNAL Customer service, hindi nap o sa atin ang mag troubleshoot ng channels. Wag nyo po akuhin lahat.
