WARRANTY DETAILS:
The conditions stated herein are applicable to all items purchased from “FINGERTECH” unless otherwise stated.
“FINGERTECH” personally offers the unit replacement for items which are factory defective upon purchase for PRODUCTS only within 2 days upon purchase.
This is subject to the discretion and further judgment on the part of the seller and our technical support team.
Here are the applicable replacements for each product:
CAMERAS:
2 days unit replacement (dead pixels are excluded, dead pixels are to be checked from the time of the delivery of the product)
1 year service warranty (cleaning is not included because it is not considered as a factory defect)
FLASHES & LENSES:
2 days unit replacement (mishandling will not be tolerated)
1 year service warranty (cleaning is not included because it is not considered as a factory defect)
IPODS/IPADS/MACBOOK:
NO REPLACEMENTS (Warranty can be claimed directly to any POWERMAC CENTER)
CELLPHONES WITH 1 YEAR SERVICE WARRANTY:
- 2 days replacement
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only allow replacements only on the corresponding period given to the product afterwards it will only fall under service warranty or manufacturer's warranty (depending on the item purchased) . Within the replacement duration after your purchase, we do not tolerate replacements for change of color or product model. We will not provide any replacements especially for mishandling incidents even it is within the grace period. Please observe that we only allow replacement ONLY FOR FACTORY DEFECT CASES.
“FINGERTECH” offers 1 YEAR LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY. We will shoulder the repair if it is a factory defect related problem(PARTS not included), otherwise, malfunctions resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions in the manual, exposure to dust, dirt sand, water, dropping or shock will not be covered on our service warranty.
Warranty covers only the product itself and does not cover any accessories (lens cap, charger, battery, etc.) or consumables.
Please keep your warranty slip. We DO NOT reissue it. Loss of warranty slip shall forfeit the warranty claim.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Please follow the instructions below.
- Contact us with your details and details of the problem.
- Pack only the item/s in question and a photocopy of warranty slip into a box enclose a letter containing all necessary concerns towards the product.
- Once we receive the item we will then send it to our technical support team for the repair.
- For warranty support, allow seven days for check-up and diagnosis.
- After the diagnosis has been completed, if you would like to continue with the repair, it takes about 2-4weeks for the repair to be done.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Some units which need replacement for parts shall take longer since the parts/material required has to be ordered.
- For this instance, the entrepreneurs will not shoulder any labor and other fees in cases that the damage is not included in the service warranty.
- “FINGERTECH” will not be held liable for incidences that shall arise from the availing of services from a third party.
ADVISORY:
There is no warranty for water-damage incidents including water resistant cameras and other related items.
