- It was located inside a private and guarded subdivision in Panglao Island, Bohol
- 20 minute drive from Tagbilaran City Airport or Pier
- 10 minute drive to the beach
- Fully fenced and gated community
- With 24 hours security guard
- with swimming pool inside – use of swimming pool with minimal fee
HOUSE RULES:
1. FREE use of the kitchen and accessories / appliances
2. FREE drinking water, bathroom tissue
3. Request for Household Helper is with additional cost of P 400 / day
4. Treat the Transient House as your own house
5. Clean as you go
6. Wet clothes hanger is provided below the house
7. No clothes hanging is allowed at the house terrace / veranda
8. No wet clothes hanging is allowed inside the room closet
9. Please bring your own toiletries and towels
10. Garbage must be place outside the house before you leave – (House Boy will pick it up for daily garbage disposal)
11. Place empty water container outside the house before leaving if you need water refill
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Rates are quoted is per night basis
2. Kids are included in the headcount.
3. We will also require you to submit a photocopy of a government issued ID ( i.e. driver s License, Passport,) for identification purposes.
Please call/text to finalize your reservation (I will send the quotation thru email).
4. Date reservation is only good for two working days.
5. 50% Initial deposit is required upon reservation (non-refundable).
6. Total amount should be settled 3 days before the booked date.
7. 100% No-Show Penalty.
8. We shall not admit guests more than the stated capacity of the house
9. Check-In Time 2:00pm / Check-Out Time 12:00pm
- No Late Check-out – if so must advise in advance
- P 500/hour/room extra charge for LATE CHECK-OUT
10. P 500 / pax or maximum of P 5,000 will be collected upon checking-in for the incidentals fees (will be returned upon checking-out)
