Beach Energy Bootcamps provides every opportunity for YOU get a fit strong healthy athletic body and to develop all your physical abilities to much higher level. You will feel more confident and be arou

nd some of the most motivated and fun local people. We use Barbells, Kettle-bells, Skipping ropes, Medicine balls & Ropes in our workouts as well as the environment in which ever way creativity will allow - Beaches, Hills, Stairs, Benches, Sand dunes etc. All classes are optioned and scalable to suit ANY FITNESS LEVEL from beginners to athletes so we have members of all different fitness levels doing similar workouts choosing from options to suit their capacity and everyone has an awesome workout. There are 9 classes a week over 5 days and the timetable is as follows:

Monday - Town Green
5:30pm ELITE (40mins)

Tuesday - Town Beach
6am Bootcamp (55mins)
9:30am Bootcamp (55mins)
10:25 Stretch class (30mins)

Wednesday - Town Beach
4:30pm Core Class (30mins)
5pm Stretch (45mins)

Thursday - Town Beach
6am Bootcamp (55mins)
9:30am Bootcamp (45mins)

Friday - Town Beach
6am ELITE (40mins)
(This is correct for the non daylight savings period)

Cost Options
• Casual per class rates - $15 for all Bootcamps & ELITES - $8 for Stretch & Core

Or get serious with these options which includes a 1 x Health Coaching / Planning session with Sheldon.
• $30 for the whole week with direct debit
• 10 week pack options available for $280
• $400 1/2 yearly memberships
• $650 yearly memberships available

Also ask about our PT + Bootcamps + Massage + Detox packs which are great value and will give you unbelievable results fast! You will need a: * Yoga mat * Water bottle (but I have some spare mats until you can get one). Would be smart to also bring in your car a bag containing: * Swimmers * Towel * Spare Clothes (though you never have to swim if you don't want to).

Just a friendly reminder that Stretch & Core is on today from 5pm - 6pm.

That's 15 mins of Core training to make you middle firm & supportive & then 45 mins of stretching to make your body move like it did when you were younger...

It's a cruisy relaxing meditative environment with beautiful music & the class does not require previous experience however if you have heaps of experience & are even a yogi, you'll still reap great rewards from this class.

Come at 5mins to 5pm for the best 15min ab class and then for 45 min thorough all body guided stretch that will leave you feeling relaxed, flexible and amazing.

Its a great class to get your fitness back on track & its also a perfect combo which will support & boost your current training program.

There's plenty of options so you can choose your level.

We warmly welcome new people to the class.

So Stretch is on today from 4:55pm till 5:55pm @ the Port Macquarie Library.

It will include a 15 min core class to start to better activate your abs & then 45 mins of relaxing, meditative stretching.

The class suits all fitness & flexibility levels the class is very effective. You'll leave feeling light & refreshed & you'll 😴 sleep like a baby tonight.

This class supports those who train, those who are losing weight. It's a perfect compliment for those who already do yoga.
But if you don't do any training it's also the perfect place to start
