This year (𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑)

Start the DH Pilot Project process or selecting a maid. Where in Seoul will be the destination, according to South Korea's plan' philippines is the priority that will be available' under E9 visa.

According to the proposal, Basic minimum wage will be (9,620won per hour) 2Million won or PHP 86,000 per month.

The selected maids will also go through various training of language, culture, and labor laws, safety, child abuse prevention and hygiene.

𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, the ministry will allow 100 foreign housekeepers to enter Korea on E-9 visas and let them work for a 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 in Seoul as full-time or part-time maids for working parents, single-parent families or households with expecting mothers. 𝐄-𝟗 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬.

The workers will reside at a dormitory run by state-authorized employment agencies. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 ,but can receive the Seoul Metropolitan Government's settlement support money to cover the initial costs of living, transportation and translation services.
