The common question about the ACE system is "Who will teach, and how will the teacher be able to teach in the new normal setting?" The ACE is a very flexible learning system that can easily transition into a different delivery mode because it is individualized. In this light, we would like to show you a video presented by Dr. Duane Howard of the ACE School of Tomorrow. The process shown in the video normally takes place in the learning center, but with the new normal, the digital goal card and the progress charts will be used. If the child is having difficulty in his/her modules, the one-on-one teaching will take place online through Zoom or FB Messenger depending on what is more convenient for the child. As long as there will be someone at home who could connect the learner to the teacher, there shouldn't be any problem.

ESC Grant Application For Incoming Grade 7 Students

Great Christian Academy Foundation Inc. is now accepting applications for ESC Grant, and Grade 7 students in Academic Year 2020-2021 are encouraged to apply. All applicants must be natural-born Filipinos with good moral character and in good health.

Please read and follow the procedure carefully. Fill out the application form that is attached in this mail completely and carefully, and submit to the guard on duty. Once approved, the grant will be carried on up to Grade 10, and will be continued up to Grade 12 through an SHS voucher on a condition that the student will not drop nor transfer to a non-PEAC-certified school.

EDUCATION SERVICE CONTRACTING (ESC) GRANT APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES

Definition of the ESC. ESC aims to make quality junior high school education accessible by providing financial assistance to deserving elementary school graduates who wish to study junior high school in private schools.

Terms of the ESC Grant: Covers four years of JHS starting from Grade 7

Amount of ESC Grant: **P13,000.00 effective January 2018. For Transfer-ins: Old ESC grant amount will apply (especially those coming from non-NCR schools)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

A. For Incoming Grade 7 students
Parents must submit a letter of intent (addressed to the Principal) to the Junior High School Office within the stipulated submission period. The letter must state the
reason for the need of the grant
A photocopy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) (both parents)

B. For Transferees who are ESC grantees
The ESC grantee must present to the accepting school (i.e. SSC-Manila) a certification letter reflecting her previous school-ESC ID and the ESC ID of the student.

C. Submission Period of Application
February – May of each school year (extended for this year, the deadline to be announced by PEAC)
