For 3 floors and below, we charge
15K for floor plans,
20K for 3D Exterior Perspective,
20K for Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plans,
5K for printing (But still depends on size and complexity).
Note: This is deductible from the construction.
This way we can design within your budget and give you an accurate estimate.
Our design plan is:
✅deductible from construction contract
✅we offer unlimited revisions per stage until satisfaction and budget is attained (we are the only ones that offer this)
✅we design within budget
✅you may stop during any phase of the design
✅technical requirements needed for the bank / pag-ibig

Our construction costs range from 25K to 30K and up per square meter. However, this is only a rough estimate and we recommend to do the plans for more accurate estimate.
The per square meter estimate largely depends on the floor layout.
For Example:
A 4-bedroom 3-toilet and bath in a 400 square meter floor area can only cost 25K per square meter in elegant finish.
However, the same 4-bedroom 3-toilet and bath squeezed into a 150 square meter floor area house could cost upto 30K per square meter in economic finish.
This is because more partitions, doors, plumbing fixtures squeezed into a smaller area will result in a higher per square meter cost.
This is the reason why it is best to atleast do the floor plans first so that we can do a detailed estimate.
