IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

Kris Gorra Dancel (guitars/vox), Donna Macalino (bass/vox), and Annette Ortiz Diaz (drums/vox) broke into the Philippine Alternative Rock scene right before the turn of the 21st Century as Fatal Posporos. Their music was catchy and filled with energy, and the drums were definitely grooving. Rightfully so, as Annette found solace and comfort behind the kit and kept the trio tightly together!

Fast forward and Annette has now moved to Southern California and is happily married to artist Dennis Diaz with whom they have three children. And Annette is definitely keeping her proud family together.

We had the pleasure of having Annette in the studio to talk about music, family, and what the LA music scene is now for aspiring Pinoy artists. Join us and have a laugh with us!

A group of caring businesses have decided to donate much-needed PPEs to local government hospitals in the Philippines. We have created the PPE Balbas Challenge to support!

YOU can support by doing the ff:

1. Post a picture or video of your quarantine beard, OR a member of your quarantine family’s beard
2. Include the hashtag
3. For Instagram users, tag and for FB users, type the word
4. Follow us on in IG or FB
5. Tag as many friends as you can for the challenge
6. Copy/paste the rules in the body of your post

AND THAT’S IT!

For every 10,000 submissions, we will donate 10,000 PPEs to various local government hospitals in the Philippines. For those who don't have balbas and would like to donate directly, we will soon setup a donating platform.
