This weekend felt important.
I attended a 2-day mastermind and honestly, I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was in the room.
The two days were packed.
We talked about:
Business operations
Revenue growth
Finances
Marketing
Online business structures
And all the moving parts behind running an online business well
But what impacted me most wasn’t just the teachings.
It was being around people again.
Reconnecting with peers.
Meeting new people in the industry.
Hearing real experiences from people building businesses in different ways.
There’s something about being in conversations with people who are growing, building, solving problems, and thinking bigger that wakes something up in you.
And for me, it really did.
One of my favorite parts was the live business audit simulation.
We looked at different parts of a business:
What was working
What wasn’t
Where the bottlenecks were
How to assess the overall health of the business
And how to create a clear plan moving forward
I loved it because it connected so much with where I feel I’m being pulled professionally.
But on a personal level, this weekend hit deeper than that.
For the last year, if I’m being honest, I’ve felt stagnant.
Like I’ve been moving… but also repeating the same cycle over and over.
And the last few months, especially the last couple of weeks, have pushed me into a season of transition internally.
Things have been shifting.
My thinking.
My direction.
What I want.
The kind of work I want to do.
The kind of person I want to become.
I already knew before attending this mastermind that something was changing in me.
But this weekend brought more clarity to the next step I need to take.
Enough clarity to move.
And I think that’s what growth actually looks like sometimes.
You don’t always get the full picture immediately.
You just know you can’t stay where you are.
So you take the next step.
Then the next one.
Then the next one after that.
And somewhere along the way, you slowly become the person you were meant to grow into.
This feels like one of those moments for me.
A reset.
A shift.
A wake-up call.
A new direction.
And honestly, I’m excited for what’s ahead.
