Huwag lustayin ang kalusugan, lalu na sa kabataan, para mas ma-enjoy ang adult and senior years.

Maraming pangarap, layunin at misyon sa buhay.
Pero iisa ang katawan na gagawa ng lahat ng iyon.

Pag bumigay sa sakit ang katawan, good-bye dreams and plans na rin.

So, ingatan ang kalusugan.

Your body is the only one you've got.

Ito nga ang paalala ni Jim Rohn,

You have only one brain, heart, stomach.
You have only two lungs, kidneys, arms , feet.
Walang spare. Kaya dapat ingatan.

Kapag nasasaktan ka dahil sa paniniwala o belief mo. Palitan mo ang pinaniniwalaan o belief mo. ☺

Hindi mo pwedeng baguhin ang sitwasyon o mga tao sa paligid mo. Tama? Dahil hindi mo ito kontrolado. Ang pwede mo lang baguhin ay yung takbo ng isip mo. 🤔

Halimbawa: Belief mo na kapag birthday mo dapat regaluhan ka ng tatay o nanay mo. Kaya kapag di ka nakatanggap madidisappoint ka. Kasi nagseset tayo ng standard kung papaano tayo dapat tratuhin ng mga tao sa paligid natin. Minsan kasi yun ang belief ng karamihan kaya nagiging belief mo na din. Pero hindi naman talaga lahat ganun ang belief. Yung ibang tao nga mas masaya dahil walang masyadong expectations.
Hindi mo pwede palitan ang nanay at tatay mo pero pwede mo palitan ang paniniwala/belief mo o ang iniisip/thoughts mo. Mas madali at mas posible yun dahil kontrolado mo kung paano ka mag-isip☝

Try mo. Mas may peace of mind at mas magiging happy ka. ☺

If paulit ulit yan, ibig sabihin may lesson behind that na need naten matutunan or maovercome.

Ano kaya yun? Figure it out and change your actions about it. Isipin mo lang lagi, lahat naman may pagsubok sa buhay pagdadaanan naten lahat yan. Dapat lang malagpasan mo.

Kung 1st time mo naman maexperience yan, try to find if what life teaches you para hindi na masayang ang panahon at maging paulit ulit.

😯Minsan dumadating tayo sa point na ang focus na lang naten ay gumaling tayo sa aspeto ng skills at nalilimutan naten na ang mas importante pala ay ang ugali or character naten.

☹️There are so many times that I've seen people with skills fall down because of pride & arrogance that they forget where they've come from. There's so many times that I've also seen someone who's really not that good but has the right character and also succeeded and had even gone farther than those who has the skill sets.

🥰Kaya pla ganun kasi nasa bible din pla.....

11 Rich people always think that they know everything. But a poor person who understands people know better.

12 When good people have power, everybody is happy. But when bad people have power good people hide.

In building our business we should not only focus on earning money but really focus on how to attain it by remaining grounded and without stepping on others.

Trust God with your dreams, plans, challenges, and cares. He knows what's best and He is willing and able to fight for you.👊🙏

Having a state of mind that is very clear to you is very important!

Here some things that we can apply during this season 😁🔑😘

1. Set your goals- it has to be clear in your mind. Knowing what you want is not enough. You have to feel it see it in your mind before you can actually have it.

2. Managing Anxiety- identify those things that makes you shakey and stressed. Identify those negative thoughts that runs in your brain 🧠. Once you identify them, then you can decide to which will you respond/ totally remove.

3. Working Productively- be clear with yourself what you want to accomplish daily to achieve your set goals. Before you sleep, what you need to do tomorrow when you wake up is already set. Schedule everything.

4. Focus- things aren't clear if what you want and what you do most daily does not connect. What you want in the future and what you do most daily should be aligned.

As we grow to become leaders in the future, we should know that in this industry we shouldnt hate each other. Instead help each other become successful. Sa MLM isa lang ang negosyo naten. At kapag sira ang isa damay2 tayo.

Kaya dpat ang culture ay nagtutulungan ang bawat isa. Maging masaya ka kung ang kasama mo umaasenso kasi ikaw din naman kapag nagtuloy tuloy ka, duon din ang punta mo..
