One thing I wish more VAs talked about...

It's not just about landing clients.
It's not just about increasing your rates.
It's not just about earning more money.

It's about what happens to that money years from now.

I've seen people earn well but still struggle later in life because they never learned how to protect, grow, and prepare their finances for the future.

One day, we'll all get older.

The question is: what kind of future are you building today?

Do you want to be the person relying on family members to cover your expenses and medication?

Or do you want to be the one calling your kids, nieces, nephews, or loved ones and saying:

"Are you all free next month? Let's go to Boracay. My treat." ✈️🏝️

There is nothing wrong with working hard for your money.

But make sure your money is working hard for you too.

Your future self is depending on the decisions you make today. 💛

Grateful for events like this that don't just teach financial wealth, but also remind us of the importance of living with purpose, alignment, and true abundance. 💙

One of my students just landed 2 interviews today and may skill assessment na siya next week.

From Week 1, we focused on:

✨ Fixing his CV & profile
✨ Client outreach strategies

And guess what? Kakastart lang namin ng Week 4 – Finding Your First Client, and ngayon nasa next level na agad siya.

Back-to-back-to-back coaching sessions with these amazing humans 🤍

Each one of them took action, showed up, and is so close to becoming the VA they once only dreamed of being.

I’ll be honest.. I wasn’t feeling my best today. But as a coach, I always think about what my students set aside just to show up, learn, and grow. That kind of trust is something I’ll never take lightly.

So I show up. Every time.

I stick by them through the process — and even after they land their clients…

Unless of course they get sick of my face and decide to kick me out of their lives. LOL.
