Home Warranty Department, this is _________, Can I please have the owner I.D number that’s on the letter that you received? Okay give me just a second while I pull up your file. And am I speaking with (Latonya Willis)? Great, now we are reaching out to you in regards to the home warranty at (address). We handle the long-term renewals and extensions for the home. Now is everything still working okay in your home?
Okay great, now we normally require an in-home inspection to renew the coverage, but to get you activated right away so you’re not forced to pay out of pocket for any repairs on your home, we are able to waive that inspection for those that qualify, now before I can do that, I just need to ask you…

Okay Great! Since you said everything in your home is working okay right now, and there are no pre-existing conditions. I’m going to be able to waive the physical inspection and renew the coverage today, but since we are not performing a physical inspection, we cannot guarantee eligibility for coverage at a later time. The program you qualify for is a 3-year platinum plan. This will be covering all the major items in your home, like you’re heating and air conditioning system, the internal electrical, and plumbing system, your Water Heater, ALL of your kitchen appliances including the refrigerator stove, and garbage disposal. Your washer and dryer and even your little items like the ceiling fan, garage door opener, and even your doorbell system! This is the best coverage available for any home, Does that make sense?

We will provide an Authorized Service Professional for you, so you never have to worry about finding someone qualified to do the work. Now, you will only have a $75 service call fee, so for example the most common home repair is the Air Conditioning and with this coverage instead of you paying $3,000.00 out of pocket to get something like that fixed, this plan will cover that for that for you, all parts, labor, and taxes.
