This new “Brilliant Advance Hydrating Set” is fantabulous! I use it day ang night. Smells great. It doesn’t sting. It’s mild (you know how some toners with high alcohol content can be too strong whenever applied near the nose), it’s really hydrates my face well enough and last but not the least it doesn’t give me and break out. 💎
