📍 Location: BGC, Taguig
🕒 Work Setup: [BGC 100% onsite / BCP WFH]
📅 Shift Schedule: [Shifting 24/7]
🔧 Responsibilities:
-Provide first-level support via phone, email, or chat
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or resolver groups
-Document incidents and resolutions accurately
-Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution
🎯 Qualifications:
-1–2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
-Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic networking
-ITIL certification is a plus!
