Good day, AIMSians!

Please be informed that the 1st Trimester A.Y. 2026–2027 Midterm Periodical Examination will be conducted onsite from 10–15 August 2026.

Reminders:

1. Examinations will be facilitated onsite, while some assigned courses will be conducted online and may be taken anywhere.
Courses assigned at the venue must strictly be taken onsite at the designated room.

2. Please bring your own device (BYOD) for the examination.

3. You may connect to the AIMS Wi-Fi, but ensure you have a backup mobile data connection in case of connectivity issues.

4. You are required to wear your prescribed uniform of the day during the examination period. Proctors will also strictly check your VALIDATED ID before allowing entry. Students not in the prescribed uniform or without a validated ID will not be allowed to take the examination.

5. You must take your examination only at the scheduled time, date, and designated room. Exams taken outside the assigned venue will be marked as "ABSENT," and submitted scores will not be accepted or recorded. Attendance will be strictly checked by the assigned proctor and class marcher. We will be posting the schedule separately.

6. Special Examinations will be conducted onsite at the Computer Laboratory Room. Please ensure you follow the designated schedule and venue assigned. Only officially approved special examinations will be accepted and accommodated.

7. Validation of Midterm Periodical Examination access is only until 07 August 2026. Kindly visit the Finance Office to settle any outstanding balances. Once cleared, proceed to the CCA Office, AIMS Tower Room 607, to finalize your examination access validation.
