A proven track record sailing with Gen Cargo Multi purpose equipped witb cranes
Strong leadership, navigation, and safety management skills


Engine Officers (MAK Engine Type Experience)

Hands-on experience with MAK engine systems
Strong maintenance planning and troubleshooting abilities

Deck Rating (Crane & Multi-Purpose Gen Cargo Experience)

Demonstrated crane operation experience
Familiarity with multi-purpose GC cargo tasks and general deck duties

Crane certificate considered an advantage

Is it Manic Monday? Not at all. Today, our Meeting Operations and Accounts Team came together for a focused one-hour alignment session. Despite a busy start to the week, we ensured the accounts and operations teams were fully synchronized.

Our Sr. Crewing Manager, Julius Maitim temporarily based in Germany, joined us—early European hours and all—to participate and contribute to the discussion.
