We would like to provide an update regarding the internet connectivity issues currently being experienced.

The Philippines is currently experiencing partial internet outages and slow or intermittent connectivity due to disruptions affecting international submarine cable connections between the Philippines and Singapore. These disruptions are affecting multiple internet service providers and international services across the country.

As a result, some customers may experience:
• Slow internet speeds
• Intermittent connection
• Difficulty accessing international websites and platforms
• Delays or connectivity issues with certain apps and online services

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and telecommunications/network providers are currently investigating the issue, while traffic is being rerouted through available alternative international routes to help minimize the impact.

Airtek Network is actively monitoring the situation and taking necessary measures to minimize its impact on our customers.
