Significant Quinn Haven Collection Update
We would like to apologize for the wait in responding to your recent request regarding the changes we can do for your bags' rebranding. We acknowledge that you were hoping for a quick response, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have brought about.
Regretfully, there have been some major adjustments to our overseas plant recently that have impacted our production schedule. They've had to make some alterations because we're revamping our bags with new materials and designs as part of our rebranding campaign.
We've also examined our pricing strategy to make sure it complies with the updated production and design specifications. We would like to be clear that there will be a charge associated with your adjustments; this will be discussed with you individually.
Although this procedure is taking longer than anticipated, we are carefully collaborating with our factory to make sure your bespoke bags live up to our high standards. We are grateful for your understanding and patience while we work through these adjustments.
You can be confident that we're working tirelessly to expedite the production and delivery of your personalized bags. We'll notify you as soon as there's any change to the projected delivery date and keep you informed about the progress of your transaction.
