Want to try something new?
This Apple Soda Espresso is born from that bittersweet autumnal feeling: the natural sweetness and simplicity of red apples meets the warm depth of an espresso with a complex organoleptic profile, ready to be discovered. It’s a drink to enjoy during a chill & cozy afternoon, maybe looking out the window, mind wandering.

You’ll need:
2 red apples
1 cup water
1 tbs liquid sugar
1 espresso
apple chips

1. Wash and cut the apples, removing the core.
2. Put the apples in a juicer or extractor and start the process. Then, strain the juice with a fine mesh sieve.
3. Into a soda siphon, add water, the apple juice, and the liquid sugar.
4. Brew an espresso.
5. Place a large ice sphere in a glass.
6. Dispense the apple soda from the siphon into the glass.
7. Top the mocktail with the espresso.
8. Garnish with apple chips skewered on a stick.�
