Enjoying the Canadian Summer with outdoor workouts. 🇨🇦 Since I dont have my bike with me, I have just been running for the most of the workouts. Can I just say how much I love how accessible things are here for recreational things, and I that's what I miss of living here. The track & field Is completely free by the way!

Also, I just copped the New Adidas Evo SL as my daily trainer, and all I can say is that I really enjoyed the ride. Perfect for what I was looking for as my do-it-all running shoe.

Empowering Lives Through Barbering.

After months of an on going project, all the efforts and hardwork our team has put into this definitely is all worth it!!

As our community development project officially closes in. We have also established the sustainability side of things.

We have already got the formal training & certification done for the homeless participants of Hospicio, and also including people with special needs.

Next step is supporting them post training by providing:
1. A Mobile barbershop. Converting an e-bike as their tool so that we can go around their respective barangays to market their newly acquired skill, and enable them to be self-employed.

2. An in-house barbershop in Hospicio de San Jose where they can continue to hone their skills through providing in house haircuts with fellow people living in the shelter, and also being able to accept walk ins.

This would help ensure a smooth transition from training, to putting their newly acquired skills into daily practice. Helping them with the longevity of their livelihood, and also making it easier for them to gain experience if they want to transition to having a full time employment.
