📌 POSITION:

OPEN ORDER LINE SPECIALIST III

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and manage open order lines for timely and accurate processing
• Review order statuses and identify delays, holds, and discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Investigate order errors, shortages, pricing issues, and system concerns
• Update order details, delivery dates, and system notes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and process guidelines
• Communicate order status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues appropriately
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Graduate of any business-related course
✔ Experience in data entry or administrative tasks
✔ Proficient in MS Office
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Able to maintain confidentiality

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Technical Support Staff is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity within the organization. The role also plays a key part in implementing and maintaining data security measures to protect sensitive information processed by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
* Monitor and maintain office network performance, internet connectivity, and server availability.
* Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
* Implement routine security protocols such as antivirus updates, user access restrictions, and software patching.
* Ensure proper backups are executed and secured regularly.
* Support systems used in Production, including scanners and proprietary software.
* Assist in the enforcement of data security policies to safeguard client and internal data.
* Respond to and escalate any suspected breaches or data integrity issues.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support tasks and resolutions.
* Conduct periodic system checks to ensure compliance with internal IT and data security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course (vocational or technical training may be considered with relevant experience).
* Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and system diagnostics.
* Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, routers/modems, and basic server maintenance.
* Awareness of data privacy and protection protocols (e.g., ISO 27001, Data Privacy Act of 2012).
* Experience handling access control, data backups, and security software is an advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
* Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules as needed.

Entry Level Salary: Php16,000.00 + government mandated benefits

NOTE:
* Position is full-time office-based only (location: Octagon Center, Ortigas Center, Pasig City); and,
* Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
