-High school diploma or equivalent
-Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
-Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Great tone and empathy towards our clients
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
-Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
-Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
