His passion continues to burn brightly, earning him countless awards, including the title of Its First client's first choice and top referrer. From 2016 up to the present, He has delivered on his promise of recruiting personnel who meet the clients' requirements and target volume. As of this writing, his firm is registered under the name StartUP Careers, and it now employs no more than twenty dedicated people. He opted to rename the firm StartUp Careers instead of BPO Careers because he wanted to convey a holistic approach in serving a wide range of clients from other industries, not simply BPO.
