LOOK: 61% of Filipinos experience difficulty affording basic needs at least once a week, while 68% believe the Philippines is headed in the wrong direction, according to our latest WR National Poll: Philippine Public Opinion Monitor Issue 10 conducted by WR Numero Research, the polling subsidiary of WR Advisory Group.

📌 The survey reveals mounting financial pressure on households, with 32% struggling daily to afford food, bills, and transportation, a 9.9 percentage-point increase from March 2026. Additionally, those who feel the country is on the wrong track rose by 10 percentage points to 68%, while 32% remain confident the nation is moving in the right direction.

LOOK: 88% of Filipinos say rising fuel and power costs have significantly impacted their daily lives, with 67% believing the government bears a major responsibility to make energy affordable, according to our latest WR National Poll: Philippine Public Opinion Monitor Issue 10.

📌 To adapt to surging prices, 55% of respondents reduced their household electricity consumption, while 45% cut back on basic necessities like food and groceries. An overwhelming majority (89%) view government intervention as essential, with 67% saying the government has a major role and 22% stating it has a role to play.

LOOK: Filipinos’ views of senators’ performance remain mixed, with some lawmakers appearing among both the top good- and poor-performing senators, according to our latest June 2026 WR National Poll: Philippine Public Opinion Monitor Issue 10 conducted by WR Numero Research, the polling subsidiary of WR Advisory Group.

📌 Among those most frequently identified as good-performing senators were Raffy Tulfo (25%), Alan Peter Cayetano (24%), Robin Padilla (23%), Bam Aquino (22%), and B**g Go (19%).

📌 Meanwhile, those most frequently identified as poor-performing senators were Bato dela Rosa (31%), Jinggoy Estrada (25%), Robin Padilla (19%), Ping Lacson (14%), and Tito Sotto (13%).
