However, habang ongoing pa rin ang stabilization and restoration ng remaining lines, some customers may still experience:
• Buffering
• Slow internet speed
• Intermittent connection
• Temporary signal fluctuations
To help refresh and stabilize your connection, we highly recommend that you:
✅ Restart your modem/router
1. Unplug the power cable
2. Wait for 30 seconds
3. Plug it back in and wait for the lights to stabilize
Restoration may still vary depending on your exact location and line condition, but continuous progress is being made.
