Profiles Asia Pacific Inc. Profiles Asia Pacific Inc. is the authorized regional distributor of Profiles International products

Profiles Asia Pacific (PAP) was appointed in 1998 as the exclusive distributor of Profiles International (PI) in the Philippines (and Guam) and gradually grew to be one of the largest users of the products of PI outside of North America. PAP pioneered the use of these products in many areas, including the โ€œOne-Day Assessment Centerโ€ or ODA, contracting the time taken in conducting Assessment Cente

r, and in educational career testing. The 2006 testing of 100,000 high school students in the Philippines done by PAP being the forerunner of the now established NCAR national examination. Since then, Profiles Asia Pacific has continued to be the leader of online workforce assessments and assessment-based HR solutions in the Philippines. And, in 2021, PAP became an authorized regional partner of PI for the Asia-Pacific.

Every team has that one coworker. The person who doesn't necessarily have the loudest voice or the most impressive title, but somehow makes everything run a little smoother.

They remember the details. They follow through. They make new people feel included before anyone else thinks to. They're the kind of teammate who raises the floor for everyone around them, and they usually don't get nearly enough credit for it.

As skills and ways of working continue to evolve, reliability is one quality that never loses its value. No matter how work changes, people still value someone who keeps their word and follows through on their commitments.

It sounds simple, but itโ€™s rarer than most people think. That consistency builds trust over time, and being someone others can rely on can create opportunities.

The most valuable thing you can take from a learning session isn't always the slides or the handout.

It's the perspective and knowledge of someone who has spent years doing the work, navigating the challenges, and figuring out what actually holds up in practice. That kind of insight is hard to find. And when you do find it, it changes how you can apply everything youโ€™ve gained from them after the session ends.

We make sure every learning session we offer is led by people who bring exactly that.

Meet the thought leaders behind these events. Ms. Pam, who will be speaking at both sessions, and Mr. Malvinn, who will share his expertise at the certification event.

Register as a group of three or more for the 360ยฐ Leadership: Turning Feedback into Results session and pay as low as โ‚ฑ140 ($3) per person.

That's โ‚ฑ40 off the regular rate of โ‚ฑ180 for every person in your group, so the bigger the team you bring, the more you all save.

If you're in HR, Leadership, or Employee Relations, this session helps you understand the personality and behavioral styles that show up in your workplace and how culture and perspective shape communication, conflict, and collaboration, so you can apply that directly to real conversations with your team.

Sign up with your colleagues or peers today and save more.

Most organizations know when performance is slipping. What's harder to figure out is why.

Is it a motivation issue, a stress response, or mismatch between how someone works and how they're being led? Without that clarity, performance conversations tend to go in circles, and nothing really changes.

The Profiles Performance Indicatorโ„ข gives organizations a clearer picture of what drives each person, how they respond to pressure, what helps them do their best work, and where the gaps are.

It's not about evaluating people. It's about understanding them well enough to actually support them. If that sounds like something your organization needs, we'd love to show you how it works.

Do you really know how your leadership comes across to the people around you?

Most managers get a comment from their boss here, a casual remark from a peer there. But your team, your peers, and your senior leaders might all be seeing a different side of you, sides you may not even know exist.

This is where a tool like Checkpoint 360ยฐ Feedback becomes valuable. Instead of relying on just one source, it gathers input from everyone around you, your team, your peers, and your leaders, so those hidden gaps finally have a chance to show up. It gives leaders a clearer view of how they're really experienced.

Our latest blog gets into why feedback from every direction matters and how Checkpoint 360ยฐ helps. Check the link in the comment to access our blog!

HR teams are asked to make consequential decisions every day. Who to hire. Who to develop. Who is ready for the next level.

These decisions shape the organization, yet many are still made with surprisingly limited information. A resume and a few interviews leave significant gaps. The organizations where HR is genuinely seen as a strategic function are usually the ones that have invested in tools that fill those gaps with real, reliable data.

Better information doesn't remove judgment from the process. It makes the judgment sharper.

Most leaders don't find out their team is struggling until something already went wrong. Not because they weren't paying attention, but because a quick "how are you?" from time to time doesn't always get to what's really going on.

Going a little deeper, asking about workload, energy, and what would actually help, gives people the space to share what a surface-level check-in usually misses. And when leaders act on what they hear, even in small and simple ways, it makes a real difference in how the team carries the rest of the year.

What mark are you leaving on the people you lead?

Think about the leaders who shaped how you work today. The ones who showed you what it looks like to handle pressure well, to give honest feedback without making it personal, to actually follow through. And maybe those who showed you the opposite.

Leadership travels that way. It gets passed on, sometimes intentionally, often not.

The habits your team is building, the standards they're holding themselves to, the way they'll eventually lead others, a lot of that is being shaped right now, by you.
