Last June 24–25, RGMC Group successfully conducted its Organizational Alignment Workshop Day 1 at One San Miguel Building, bringing together teams in a meaningful initiative focused on strengthening organizational alignment and enhancing role clarity across departments.

The workshop provided an avenue for collaboration, discussion, and knowledge sharing to support the development and refinement of Job Descriptions, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and structures remain aligned with operational and business goals.

As we continue to grow as an organization, initiatives like this reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and building a stronger foundation for success.
