For two sessions of 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂, participants stepped away from the pace of everyday life to reflect, reconnect with themselves, and think about what comes next.

Through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Maita Pelea a guided participants through hands-on building, storytelling, and reflection — exploring the strengths and stories that shape them, where they are in their journey, and what they want to carry forward.

What stood out to us was how differently people experienced the same space. For some, it was a much-needed chance to breathe. For others, it was an unexpected way to gain perspective, discover new insights, and genuinely have fun along the way.

Because reflection doesn't always have to mean sitting still. Sometimes, play gives us a different way to see ourselves, our experiences, and what's possible next.

How well do you really know yourself as a leader?
