Ten years in Quality Assurance taught me that the job is about far more than finding mistakes. It reshaped the way I think, communicate, solve problems, and understand people. Behind every score, process, and evaluation is a story, and behind every opportunity for improvement is a chance to help someone grow. Looking back on a decade in QA, I've realized that quality isn't about pointing out what's wrong; it's about helping people and organizations become better.
