Effective May 13, 2026, MARINA announced in Advisory No. 2026-24 that all applications for the Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) will be processed exclusively through the eGov PH App. This transition includes all new issuance, renewal, and replacement transactions for Filipino seafarers.
