How They Work Together
Currently ITS**C needs "4 Service Now developers in Cebu"
1. 👂 EARS (FastAPI) hears the request and tells the 🫀 HEART (Python)
2. 🫀 HEART (Python) asks the 🧠 BRAIN (OpenAI) what to do
3. 🧠 BRAIN (OpenAI) thinks: "I need to search for React skills in Cebu, but also consider similar frameworks and check availability"
4. 🧠 BRAIN tells 🦾 HANDS to search the 💾 MEMORY (PgVector)
5. 💾 MEMORY finds similar candidates and sends them back
6. 🧠 BRAIN analyzes the results and explains the matches
7. 👂 MOUTH (FastAPI) presents the final recommendations to the recruiter
