On November 22, we had the privilege of facilitating an MBTI workshop for the Asia Finance team of Financial Times one of the world's leading news organizations.

Composed of team members from Japan, China, Hong Kong and the Philippines, many of whom were meeting each other face-to-face for the first time, the team embarked on a day filled with activities and discussions to know more about themselves and each other, recognize the value of their individual differences, and understand how to use these differences constructively.

We met the Results Newtown team on September 12 and had the opportunity to facilitate a 2-day leadership and team building program for them. Despite having come from shift the night before and lacking much-needed sleep, they were all engaged in the discussions, and even successfully completed a highly physical activity on their first day, which required a lot of patience, endurance and resilience on their part. Much respect to this team, who brought their "A" game to every game, lived up to their name, and delivered exceptional results in every challenge! Congratulations and thank you for making us a part of your journey of self and team discovery!
