In one instance, one of our client's driver was not responding to phone calls from the owner. The owner kept texting the driver to ask for his actual location but he got no response. The owner then logged-in and checked the vehicles' location using our iTrack services and found out that it is far from the expected location. Suspecting something is not right, he called out the police and went with them to recover the vehicle from the driver. After further investigation, it was found out that the driver actually intended to carnap the vehicle.

Thanks to iTrack, it never happened and the vehicle was safely recovered.
