Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, February 12, 2026, and offered valuable insights on leadership strategy for a healthy workplace culture. The session offered a deep dive into Executive Presence and how it transforms expertise into influence in high-stakes leadership moments.

Led by our Managing Director and psychologist, Leeann Lorilla-Dio, the discussion explored the psychological foundations of presence, the link between leadership communication and psychological safety, and how gravitas shapes trust, engagement, and decision-making within teams.
