🔑Key Responsibilities
✅Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan, implement, and monitor site-level engagement programs (e.g., GPTW, recognition, wellness, CSR) aligned with national HR strategies.
✅Conduct regular employee check-ins, pulse surveys, and exit interviews to identify and address engagement drivers.
Support the implementation and analysis of the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS).
✅Talent Management & Development
Partner with L&D and Operations to roll out 9-box performance reviews, succession planning, and PDP monitoring.
✅Support internal mobility efforts by identifying potential successors and preparing readiness plans.
✅Track and update talent movement, performance scores, and skill gaps in centralized dashboards.
✅Labor Relations & Compliance
Support investigations and issue resolution (attendance, behavioral concerns, policy violations) while ensuring due process and alignment with DOLE guidelines.
✅Prepare and issue NTEs, administrative hearing notes, and disciplinary memos in coordination with HR Legal and Operations.
✅Maintain updated documentation for internal audit or DOLE/NLRC readiness.
✅HR Reporting & Operational Support
Generate and analyze reports related to attrition, absenteeism, engagement participation, and performance ratings.
Maintain trackers for active headcount, floaters, HR tickets, and redeployment status.
✅Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Facilities for employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, status changes).
🔑Qualifications
✅Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
✅Minimum 3 years HR Generalist or Supervisor-level experience in the BPO industry.
✅Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, and talent management frameworks.
✅Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE processes.
✅Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
✅Proficient in Google Workspace and/or MS Office; knowledge in HRIS (e.g., Sprout) is a plus.
✅Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
✅Attrition Rate: Maintain site attrition below 60% (monthly rolling).
✅Engagement Index: Achieve 5% year-on-year improvement in ESS scores.
✅Talent Movement: Track internal promotions and PDP completion rate.
✅Labor Case Incidence: Timely and compliant handling of 100% HR cases within set TATs.
✅Reporting Accuracy: On-time and error-free submission of HR reports and trackers.
