🇵🇭 PROUD MOMENT — AND AN HONEST OBSERVATION.
I attended a franchise expo this weekend and I have to say what I saw genuinely moved me.
Young Filipinos everywhere. Excited. Engaged. Seriously exploring opportunities and thinking about how to build something of their own.
Ang damping Tao, Napakarami nilang potensyal.
And that more than anything I saw on display at that expo gave me real hope for this country.
The Filipino entrepreneurial spirit is not fading. It is growing stronger. And our young people are leading it.
Napaka proud bilang isang Pinoy😊.
But here is what also caught my attention and what I feel needs to be said openly and honestly.
❌ No DTI booths.
❌ No SEC information desks.
❌ No government presence to properly guide these eager young entrepreneurs on how to register, protect, and legitimately grow their businesses.
These young people showed up ready to learn and ready to build. Pero walang support.
And our local media? Still leading with crime, never ending corruption, Impeachment and conflict. Still missing the extraordinary opportunity to shine a light on the thousands of Filipinos who are quietly, courageously, and consistently building businesses that create jobs, inspire communities, and move this country forward.
Sana magbago na ’yan.

And everything I witnessed that day confirmed what I have always believed:
The hunger is real. The market is ready. Handa na ang mga Pilipino.
Now it is time for our government agencies and our media to rise up and meet them where they are.
To every young Filipino entrepreneur I saw at that expo ituloy nyo lang yan. Huwag kayong susuko. You are the future of this country. And you are already doing it right. 🔥
