Synersys Global Established as an IT service provider on June of 2007, Synersys Global Inc. is an Oracle utilities solutions provider based in the US and the Philippines.

The name comes from the company's main focus of creating "synergy" to our client's enterprise "systems". Our expertise lies in Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Revenue Management (PSERM), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Revenue Management & Billing (RMB), and Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM) products. Several core team members of Synersys were in fact involved in the actual development of the Or

acle CC&B system. Since then, we have been applying the technical knowledge and skills developed from this experience into each of our custom solutions and services. We work closely with companies from all over the world. Not only do we interact with clients from across North America, Europe and even Asia, we also collaborate and create partnerships with industry leaders such as SAP and Microsoft. We had an amazing time at Cala Laiya for our team building activity. We enjoyed bonding over games, activities, and delicious food. CC&B DEVELOPER

What the job requires you to do:
• Convert internal design specifications into high quality working components and configurations
• Perform detailed component testing on enhancements and custom configurations based on scenarios and cases provided on the internal design specifications
• Prepare detailed documentation of enhancements/ configurations developed and testing performed
• Investigate and provide an explanation on issues raised during client testing with minimum supervision
What the job requires you to have:
• Technical working knowledge on Java Development, Oracle Utilities, and SQL
• To be resourceful and have initiative
• To be a team player and have good communication skills

CC&B DESIGNER

What the job requires you to do:
• Write technical design documents based on functional design requirements
• Provide time estimation for development needed based on functional design requirements
• Provide technical walkthroughs with developers on the technical solution presented
• Investigate and provide an explanation on issues raised during client testing with no supervision
What the job requires you to have:
• Technical working knowledge on Technical Design, Java Development, Oracle Utilities, and SQL
• To be resourceful and have initiative
• To be a team player and have good communication skills

No better way to end the summer season by having a team building activity at the beach. After more than 2 years of working from home, we finally get a chance to do our usual team building activity once again! We had a great time eating, drinking, bonding together under the sun. Very much happy to see very competitive colleagues during the games and nothing but smiles and laughter for the rest of the day. Can’t wait for next year!
