High Grade: a polished made props, can be function-able. Carbon Press: a glossy, almost plastic look props. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) 1.) How do I inquire? It is normal for first timers to hesitate in asking. Please be informed that you are welcomed to ask anything related to our shop on Private Message. When will I receive a reply? We are not online 24/7 so we usually answer after 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply after that, BUMP your message; it might have been buried with the other messages. Or, if it's really needed, PM us via text message. Official number: 09157795837 & 09052857363 3.) How to order? If you are 100% sure to order, fill up our form below. 4.) How can I pay? We prefer meet ups at SM Megamall. There will be an additional 50.00* for transportation (* additional charge for places not included on the list). If you are not around manila, (i.e over seas, busy for meet ups) you can pay through money transfer: LBC pera padala Western Union MEET UP PLACE: Megamall (+ 150 php) Cubao / Alimall (+ 150php) Anywhere else (200 MINIMUM) The first payment will be 80% and the second payment will be on the day of the delivery. If you trust our shop, you can pay in FULL. Also, if your order is RUSHED, we enforce the rule of FULL PAYMENT plus the RUSH FEE that will be no less than 500 peso. We discourage these kind of orders since the quality of the props or costume cannot be rushed. 3.) How can you get my measurements? Preferably, we do meet ups in SM Megamall. But if you're far away or busy we will send you a guide measurement picture. 4.) When can I get my props/costume? It depends on the details, how huge and most importantly, our schedules/list in cut offs. The props/costume will be made for THREE (3) weeks at the least. Anything shorter than that will be considered RUSH. 5.) Where can i get my props/costume? We will have meet ups in SM Megamall or Cosplay Cons. Or you can have it delivered in preferred courier (LBC, JRS EXPRESS, 2GO). The shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. --------------------------------------------------- RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1.) No Cancellation of order/commission. We do not have a Joy Reserver Album because of respect to the privacy entitled to the people. But cancellation, because of any reasons or whatsoever, will lead you to our blacklist. We will not entertain you the next time you inquire. 2.) Unattended commissions will be Sold/Disposed. Three months will be given to claim your items. If you have not replied or given any will to cooperate, we will sell/dispose of your props/costume. 3.) Refunds and remakes The owner will take full responsibility of the props. If it breaks due to the quality of the item, you will be given two offer: Refund of HALF the original sum or REMAKE. However, If it breaks due to the neglect of the owner, we will not refund your money or offer a remake. We aim to give full satisfaction for our customer. If you do not like the quality of your item/s, give us a PM and we will negotiate. 4.) Other party In our order form, there is a part of "(The customer) Accept full responsibility of the deal, meaning if something went wrong I ALONE will fix it." To avoid miscommunication, we DO NOT ALLOW other people to get involved in the full transaction (beginning to end) if they are NOT our customer. Breach of this rule will cancel the negotiation.
