NETWORK MARKETING – I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!
As a Network Marketing Distributor, I have a lot of passion for this business. Every day when I wake up, I have a reason to smile because I know I’ll be working to improve my business, myself, and the lives of other people that I come in contact with. This business truly is about ‘helping other people’!
Over the years, I’ve gained much wisdom (good advice) from my own experience and from the experience of others in this business. I continually strive to apply what I’ve learned into my own business to make it thrive and I’m still learning something new every day. I love sharing (giving back) valuable ideas to others. Especially those just embarking their trail into this wonderful business called Network Marketing (MLM) or those that is not new but for whatever reason have not been able to find their way into a full-time income. My Hope is that we can all reach greater heights in this business of Network Marketing!
It’s Time for a Change. Here’s a quote for you: “If you continue to do what you’ve always done, you will continue to get what you’ve always got!" What this is saying boils down to this: You have achieved your current station in life through your actions. If you don’t like where you are, then you are going to have to change some things in your life. Change does not have to be a bad thing. Actually, change is the only thing that can improve your life for the better. So decide right now to make changes in your life to better your life.
For most of our lives we have been programmed to accept the nine-to-five grind of a job, working for someone else for 40-plus hours a week. Conditioned to believe that this is just the way it is! As a result, we have limited our worth as to what our employer will pay us that we just can not do any better than minimum wage. It is time we woke up – Our Possibilities Are Limitless!
We must decide to live our lives in a positive flow, not negative. Put yourself in charge of your life don’t let other people decide your fate. Take the necessary action today to change. Read positive materials, listen to positive tapes and get a positive role model to help coach you to make the positive changes you need to make in your life. Your Life Really Is What You Make It, So Make It Great!
Birth of Your New Beginning when a mother is expecting a child, she goes through a period of growth in anticipation of the coming arrival of her newborn. Those nine months are critical to the development and growth of a healthy baby. A woman will go through a lot of different feelings during this process, feelings such as being unlovable, worthless, etc. It Is Important to the Mother to Receive Reassurance From Her husband, That She Is Lovable and Priceless Through the Expectation of Giving Birth to A Child!
Our Network Marketing business requires a similar period of growth. Some people want to get rich overnight – within one, two, or three months – when they haven’t done enough yet to earn that growth. And like having a baby we will have to go through periods of maybe I don’t have what it takes. We need someone to reassure us. Our Sponsor or Upline!
In order for us to succeed in this business we have to: 1) Give our business time to grow, and 2) Work hard and smart to get that growth. We have got to believe in and be a ‘product of the product’ and market our business (let others know we are in business – tell them).
Some Will, Some Won’t, So What, Next… This business is about getting the message to the right people, those who will actively pursue the opportunity. Some people won’t, of course, But so what? Move quickly to the next person and see what he or she is made of, don’t sit idle – Move On!
There are far more people that tell me No then tell me Yes – But I still consider myself a success. Yes, it is true we all have to go through the Noes to find those Yeses. I promise you the Yeses are worth going through the Noes. In time you will not remember the Noes and the Yeses will be your friends for life!
Catch’em and Keep’em: How to Retain Your Organization As in any business venture people give up on the opportunity (their dreams) for various reasons. The question is: What can we do to help them hang in there long enough to see the really big payoff ? For some people there is honestly nothing you can do or say.
For others, however, you can do certain things to help those who really want to succeed. One of the best ways to help your team members maintain their enthusiasm and determination is by listening to them. In order to address their concerns and needs, you will need to diligently listen to them.
Follow Up Is Crucial.. Another way to retain your organization is through follow up. It is crucial to maintain consistent, positive contact with the people in your organization. They need to know that you are there to help them anyway you can! Network Marketing is not an impersonal business. Sometimes I think we forget this because the internet is some what impersonal. You don’t just email someone and hope they join. You build relationships with people over-time! People need to know someone cares about them – And your actions will show that!
Lead By Example It can be scary to lead by example, especially when first starting out. You don’t have all the answers and are afraid someone will expect you to know it all – No One Does! Remember, that all leaders were once just starting out at some point in their careers, and we never reach a point where we can’t learn something new.
As leaders we make ourselves available to teach , train , and motivate , and if we don’t know we say, I don’t know, but I will find out and we get back to the person with the answer. The really Great Leaders lead by example! The Great Leader gets out there in the trenches and blazes a trail for their organization. Do the people in your organization see you out in the field doing what you teach them to do? If not shame on you – You need to be leading the charge and show them your example – DO!
I love this business – Network Marketing – and I find it extremely fulfilling to apply these principles as well as many others that I’ve learned over the years. Whether your new to Network Marketing or gearing yourself up to get more serious about building your business, I’m certain you can succeed if you keep consistently applying the principles of success. ‘Just Do It’!
