Good news! The EAC-C2C Philippines–Singapore submarine cable connection has been restored, and affected internet services have largely returned to normal.

As of October 3, 2026, 11:00 AM Philippine Time, network conditions involving the EAC-C2C submarine cable and Philippines–Singapore international route have improved, but full restoration has not yet been officially confirmed.

⚠️ PH–Singapore Route: Higher-than-normal latency is still being observed
🔄 Traffic Rerouting: Network operators are utilizing alternate international routes
🌐 Internet Connectivity: Generally operational, but some users may continue to experience slower access, increased latency, or unusual routing when connecting to international services.
