Last November 22 marked a significant milestone for Digital Hound: our first team get-together! While our usual interactions are primarily virtual calls or onsite client meetings, it was truly amazing to connect face-to-face for fun and not work.
I still remember when it was just Ebi and me brainstorming at coffee shops, then seeing our first regular team member join, and now, I can hardly believe we've grown to a team of seven (2 members were not able to join)! It's a testament to the vision and hard work that has brought us to this point.
We first tried a fun challenge at Mystery Manila. We were not able to solve the mystery but it was fun to see each of us being collaborative. This was followed by a relaxed evening of dinner and drinks, fostering deeper connections.
As an HR practitioner and Co-Founder, I strongly believe that a great team culture is foundational to success, regardless of employment structure. The fact that our incredible team members are independent contractors doesn't diminish the need for these vital collaborative and bonding activities. In fact, it often makes them even more crucial. Building an engaging and fun environment where everyone feels valued is not just a perk but an important component for us.
To each incredible member of the Digital Hound team – thank you for your unwavering hard work, dedication, and for transforming our ideas and vision (mine and Ebi's!) into reality. Your contributions are truly invaluable to us.
Here's to many more successful projects, shared insights, and an exciting journey ahead in 2026 as we continue to grow and build together!
